1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MedTrack application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Definitions

• "App": Refers to the MedTrack mobile application.
• "Developer": Refers to the person or organization that develops and publishes the App.
• "User" or "You": Refers to any person who uses the App.
• "Service": Refers to all functions provided through the App.
• "Content": Refers to all data entered by the user into the app (medication information, dose records, etc.).

3. Service Description

MedTrack app offers the following services:

• Recording and managing medication information
• Dose reminders and timed notifications
• Maintaining dose intake records
• Medication stock tracking and low stock alerts
• Viewing medication adherence statistics
• Dose history records

The App is offered completely free and does not contain in-app purchases.

4. User Obligations

By using the App, you agree to the following obligations:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of medication information you enter into the App
• You will use the App only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• You will not redistribute the App within another application
• Ensuring the security of your device is your responsibility

5. Medical Disclaimer

This section is very important. Please read carefully.

MedTrack app:

• Is not a medical device and has not been approved as a medical device
• Does not provide medical advice. The App is only a reminder and tracking tool
• Does not replace a doctor or pharmacist. All decisions regarding medication use should be made in consultation with healthcare professionals
• Does not guarantee accuracy. No liability is accepted for late delivery of reminders, possible errors in stock calculations, or other technical issues

In emergencies: In health emergencies, do not rely on the App; immediately contact 112 or the nearest healthcare facility.

Always consult your doctor before making any changes to your medications. The App does not replace your treatment plan prescribed by your doctor.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (including design, code, graphics, icons, and text) are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by copyright laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." The Developer:

• Does not guarantee that the App will work without interruption or errors
• Does not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time (this depends on the operating system and device settings)
• Does not provide warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
• Does not guarantee against data loss

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App
• Delayed or undelivered notifications
• Incorrect data entry or calculation
• Data loss
• Device incompatibility or operating system updates
• Health issues arising from medication use

9. Termination

If you violate these terms, your right to use the App will automatically terminate.

You can terminate your use at any time by removing the App from your device. All local data will be deleted upon removal.

10. Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through app updates or in-app notifications.

Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction in any dispute arising from these terms.

The App has been developed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 and related legislation.
