Yes, MedTrack is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads. All features are available without limits.
Yes. All your data is stored only on your device. No data is sent to any server over the internet. The app does not require an internet connection and works completely offline. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Notification issues usually stem from device settings. Check the following: (1) Make sure notifications are enabled in App Settings. (2) Check that MedTrack is allowed in Device Settings > Notifications. (3) Make sure battery saver mode is not blocking notifications. (4) On Android, check the "Exact Alarm" permission.
You can add unlimited medications. You can set separate dose schedules, stock tracking, and reminder settings for each medication.
When you remove the app from your device, all your data is permanently deleted. Since data is stored only on your device, it cannot be recovered after removal. We recommend noting important information before deleting the app.
Currently, the app is designed for a single user. However, you can track medications for multiple people by adding the person's name to the medication name (e.g., "Mom - Paracetamol"). Multi-profile support is planned for future updates.
MedTrack currently supports Turkish and English. You can change the language preference from the Settings screen. Additional language support is planned.
When adding a medication, you enter your current stock quantity and doses per use. Each time you mark "Taken," the stock automatically decreases. You'll receive automatic alerts when stock falls below your set threshold or approaches the estimated end date.
